graduate
Danielle
Hill
'19.
In addition to a degree in arts management, Hill graduated from 黑料正能量 with minors in art history and studio art. Last December, she earned a master's degree in arts management from Sotheby's Institute of Art at Claremont Graduate University in California.
As an arts management professional, Hill aims to use the arts as a way to bring communities together and positively impact the world around her.
During her 黑料正能量 undergraduate years, Hill was a stewardship and donor relations department intern at the Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA). A Maple Heights, Ohio, native, she saw an opportunity to share the arts in the Black community and was inspired to grow CMA's involvement in communities of color.
George Floyd's murder in Minneapolis also inspired Hill. "I aim to fuse my interests in Black arts history and social justice. I want to continue talking about Black artists who center their work on Black people, social justice, race and theory," said Hill in an interview featured in , The Cleveland Museum of Art Members Magazine.
Hill is now serving as the development coordinator at Mayfield Senior School in Pasadena, California. In her current position, Hill is able to spread her passion for the arts and inclusion in a new community.
